What we collect
If you sign up for the newsletter, we collect your email address and which page you signed up from. We use it only to send the newsletter.
If you use the Renewal Checker, we keep the totals you enter (never member names or claim details) so we can show your result. If you ask for the full report, we also keep your name, email and company so we can send it.
If you fill in a contact form, such as a request for an introduction or a project inquiry, we keep what you send so we can reply.
When we share it
We do not sell your information. If you ask for an introduction to an actuary or consultant, we share what you sent us with the person we introduce you to, and only with your request in hand.
Who processes it
- Mailchimp stores the mailing list and sends the newsletter.
- Supabase stores Renewal Checker results and contact form submissions.
- Resend sends report and confirmation emails.
- Vercel hosts the site and keeps standard server logs.
Your choices
Every newsletter has a one-click unsubscribe link. To have your information deleted, reply to any email from us and ask, and we will remove it.
